Commemorating on twenty-eight panels around 3,500 (regularly updated) men and women of the British Commonwealth and Empire who perished in WW2 and have no known grave. Inaugurated by HM the Queen in October 1958.

A "Reason" to Fight

See all the names recorded on the Panels in high definition zoom-in images. The names include those who died in Commando raids, in the Norway campaign, Special Operations Executive agents, Allied Special Forces, First Aid Nursing Yeomanry, African Pioneer Corps. Panel 27 is uninscribed.
